Terms of Service

Greenroom helps DJs and promoters discover each other and request warm intros. We facilitate introductions - we don't guarantee a booking, a reply, or any particular outcome.

Greenroom is not a talent agency, promoter, venue, or payment representative. We only represent an artist or organization when a separate written agreement explicitly says so.

Unclaimed artist and venue records are compiled from linked public sources. They are reference records, not accounts, endorsements, booking offers, or statements of representation. We do not infer booking fees or accept money on behalf of an unclaimed listing.

Artists and organizations can verify ownership to manage a record. Anyone may request a correction or removal by contacting us.

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Promoters may only claim a profile for a night, party, or club they genuinely represent.

Send genuine intro requests only. No spam, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Greenroom the limited license needed to display it and route your intro requests to the promoters you choose.

Greenroom currently operates in demo mode. DJ and promoter accounts can use the available product without a card, subscription, or payment.

We may introduce paid features later. We will show the price and terms before any charge, and demo access will not become a paid subscription automatically.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Public directory information may be incomplete or out of date. We don't guarantee availability, accuracy, or any result from using Greenroom.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenroom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms or the service over time. You may stop using Greenroom at any time, and you can request account deletion by emailing us.
